As Öznakliyat Kara Taşımacılığı A.Ş., we respect the personal data you have shared with us within the scope of our logistic activities and attach importance to the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of personal life. We would like to inform you in detail about the protection of your personal data following the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how your personal data is obtained, the purposes of the processing, the legal reasons, and our mutual rights and obligations.
As the Data Controller, Öznakliyat Kara Taşımacılığı A.Ş. ("Öznakliyat") and its affiliated companies may obtain, record, store, disclose, transfer to third parties or abroad, or process your personal data following the provisions of KVKK and within the framework explained below.

Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automated or non-automated methods, through Öznakliyat's website, social media platforms, mobile applications, training, seminars, or events organized by Öznakliyat, and similar means. Our company conducts monitoring activities with security cameras for physical security purposes at workplaces, offices, facilities, and educational institutions; records are kept for the entrances and exits of our visitors. Connection information of those benefiting from our company's internet services is stored in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
The personal data collected by our company may be processed within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes of personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the fulfillment of obligations of any kind, informing about updates, fulfilling legal obligations, implementing our company's human resources policies, and responding to requests and inquiries from you.

Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in compliance with the principles of legality, accuracy, necessity, relevance to the processing purposes, being limited and proportionate, and is kept for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation. In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to our indirect/direct domestic/foreign subsidiaries or affiliates, domestic/foreign/international, public/private institutions and organizations, companies, and other third parties or organizations that our company receives services/support/consultancy from or cooperates with or is a project/finance partner of, our company's affiliated companies, consultants, shareholders or solution partners, other authorized institutions and organizations, suppliers, or subcontractors, or persons or organizations authorized by the Turkish Commercial Code and other relevant legislation, within the limited scope of the purpose requested by legally authorized public and/or private legal entities. In addition, personal data may be processed and shared with third parties without obtaining the explicit consent of the data subject, in accordance with Articles 5 and 8 of the KVKK and/or the presence of exceptions in the relevant legislation. The main examples of these situations are as follows:
• Explicit provision in the laws,
• Necessity to protect the life or bodily integrity of the data subject or another person who is unable to express consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid,
• Necessity for processing personal data directly related to the establishment or performance
